"I first picked up a lacrosse stick age 11, and have been utterly hooked ever since. I joined the Wales Lacrosse Junior squad a couple of years later, and have progressed through this pathway to captaining the U19 Welsh World Cup team, and now playing at the Senior Level. I have enjoyed coaching over the years, having gained my Level 1 qualification at 16. Since, I have coached at University- teams ranging from 1sts to 4ths- and I am currently the lead coach for the Junior Welsh U19 Dragons Squads.  I absolutely love coaching and playing at Birmingham Lacrosse Club, and it is so great to play with and coach such a mix of wonderful players. I am working towards my Level 2 coaching qualification to further develop my coaching skills. I am extremely passionate about lacrosse, and I want to share my passion with as many people as possible, to ultimately help each player become the best they can be and love the game as much as I do."
